~Cornerstone Ministry Center's Staff~

The Spivey family, from North Carolina, have called Seymour home since 1994.  Johnnie joined the staff, at Cornerstone, in 1999.  He served as Youth Pastor until he was called back to North Carolina in 2006.  He now rejoins the staff as Care Pastor.

The Spivey family passionately pursues the presence and supernatural love of God.  It is our desire that all would experience this LOVE of God and share that love with each person we cross paths with.   May our family be mirrors that brightly reflect the glory of God and as the Spirit of God works within us, may we become more and more like Him and reflect His glory even more. (2 Cor.3:18)

“There are three things that will endure—faith, hope, and love – and the greatest of these is love.”       1 Corinthians 13:13

The Spivey family enjoys most sports, boating, biking, camping, hunting, fishing and eating dinner together.

Collision Youth Pastor Matt Kirk and his sweet wife Rachel along with their family David, Joy, Josiah, Micah, Judah, and newborn baby Joel Rua come to us from Harrisburg PA.  He earned his BA in youth ministry from Eastern University and his MDiv from Evangelical Theological Seminary.

Matt's desire is to see every young person come to embrace the full destiny God has for them.  To live lifes of holiness filled with supernatural experiences and a hunger for the presence of God.
